It has taken me the past three months to regain the energy level I had before my injury in November, and that injury was a minor injury. I've been able to run during the three months but at a low energy-level. Yesterday I felt great, and for a few seconds I had the feeling I've had in the past like I was cruising down a highway in my car. For me, that feeling is my "runner's high".
