About Guest Bloggers

In order to widen the views of running given in this blog, I'm inviting a few other runners to be guest bloggers. However, because this blog is a personal blog and is not a tutorial blog, guest bloggers need to be active in some aspect of running that supplements my activities, such as running longer triathlons, losing large amounts of weight, wheel chair competition, or running with prosthetics. In addition, guest bloggers will be expected to write occasional posts about their activities rather than doing just a one-time post. Guest posts must be personal and must explain in positive ways how the runner overcame the challenges to his or her running. Hopefully, the guest blogs will help runners having similar problems be motivated to put in the time, sweat, and tears that will be needed if they are to become successful runners.

Here are the bios of my guest bloggers.

Wendy

Wendy is an Air Force wife and is currently living in South Korea. She has been running since 2007, and she is a barefoot runner! She has Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) and is grateful that her running helps her control that illness. Her blog is at Wendybird.
